What to Check

Check the sample open, closed and inside its packaging.

Feel & Movement

Check the rib edges and pivot for roughness. Test for tight or loose opening.

Print & Color

Check wording, placement and color at actual size, across the folds and on both printed sides.

Packaging Fit

Try the fan in its packaging. Check for catching edges or pressure on the folds.

Approved Sample

Keep the approved sample, artwork version and written specification together.

The sample records the agreed result. Bulk production still needs quality checks.
