Terms for using the website and its product information.
Last updated: October 30, 2026
1. Website purpose
FoldCool Co., Ltd. operates this website to explain our custom folding fans and provide an email contact. The website does not accept orders, take payments or create a manufacturing agreement.
2. Product photos and guidance
Photos show examples of designs, finishes and packaging. Confirm availability and specifications for your order. Our guides provide general information; they do not replace agreed specifications or professional advice for your project.
3. Quotes and orders
Each order should name the buyer and seller and specify the fan construction, artwork, quantities, unit prices, setup costs, packaging, delivery responsibilities and applicable taxes.
4. Artwork and permissions
Only share artwork, logos and references that you have permission to share and reproduce. Before approving production, confirm the file version, print size, orientation on each side and color references. Sharing a reference does not transfer intellectual-property rights.
5. Samples and approval
Agree in writing what the sample includes, its fees, shipping, revisions and any credit toward an order. Record the production requirements in the approved sample and written specification. Review later changes for their effect on cost, materials and timing.
6. Production, inspection and delivery
Minimum quantities and schedules depend on the design and order. Record inspection requirements, allowed variation, packaging, shipping arrangements and the required arrival date. Finishing production does not mean the goods have arrived.
7. Cancellations and quality concerns
Agree cancellation, refund, rework and claims procedures in the sales contract, subject to applicable law. To report a quality concern, provide the order details, agreed specification and photos or other evidence of the problem.
8. Site use
Use this website lawfully.
9. What these terms cover
These terms cover website use. They are not a sales contract, do not set order terms and do not override applicable rights.
